ラスベガスに続いてフロリダでまた銃乱射事件が発生！トランプ大統領は遺族との会合で学校の先生に銃を持たせてボーナスまで支給すると発言。ご参考までに、米国大統領の罷免に関する合衆国憲法修正第25条 Amendment XXV のおさらいをしておくのは無駄ではないかもしれません。果たして今後のトランプ大統領の運命や如何に！

合衆国憲法修正第25条：Twenty-fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution

第1節：大統領職の継続 (Presidential succession)
When a President is removed from office, dies, or resigns. In any of these situations, the Vice President immediately becomes President. 大統領が免職、死亡、辞職した場合には、副大統領が大統領となる。

第2節：副大統領の空席 (Vice Presidential vacancy)
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of Vice President, the President nominates a successor who becomes Vice President if confirmed by a majority vote of both Houses of the Congress. 副大統領職が欠員の時は、大統領は副大統領を指名し、指名された者は連邦議会両院の過半数の承認を経て、副大統領となる。

第3節：大統領の自発的引退 (Presidential declaration)
When the President transmits a written declaration to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, stating that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of the Presidency, and until the President sends another written declaration to the aforementioned officers declaring himself able to resume discharging those powers and duties, the Vice President discharges those powers and duties as Acting President.  大統領が、その職務上の権限と義務の遂行が不可能であるという文書による申し立てを上院臨時議長および下院議長に送付する時、大統領がそれに反対の申し立ての文書を送付するまでの間、副大統領が大統領代理として大統領職の権限と義務を遂行する。

第4節：自発的でない引退 (Vice Presidential–Cabinet declaration)
Section 4 is the only part of the amendment that has never been invoked. 第4節はこれまで一度も発動されたことがない。The Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President. 副大統領が行政各部の長官、閣僚の過半数と共に、上院の臨時議長および下院議長に対し、大統領がその職務上の権限と義務を遂行することができない旨の文書による申し立てを送付することにより、 副大統領は直ちに大統領代理として大統領職の権限と義務を遂行する。
