中級英西時事ニュース講義48

昨年の全米に続き、大坂なおみが全豪オープンでも優勝！またまた、スピーチの冒頭、 Hello! の一言で会場中の観衆の心をぎゅっと掴みました！じっくりと彼女の英語を聞いて、コミュニケーション力を磨きましょう！いいスピーチとは英語が上手い下手ではないようです。

1 Hello everyone! It’s crazy I can only believe that I just played final on the Grand Slam again. So I believe so a great final well done, Naomi. Where (There?) your team as well (as) you really played well and congrats for being number one as well.

2 And to my team, thank you for everything but mostly thank you for sticking with me even we didn’t know if I put able to hold the racket again.

④ Naomi Osakaのスピーチ

1 Hello! Sorry, public speaking isn’t really my strong side. And so, I just hope I can get through this. Um huge congrats to you, Petra. I’ve always wanted to play you and you’ve been through so much and honestly. I wouldn’t have wanted this to be our first match. But yeah huge congrats to you and your team and you’re really amazing and I’m really honored to have played you in the final Grand Slum. *スピーチは得意じゃない。

2 I want to thank you guys for coming and watching. Thank you it’s really hot all the time.  So honestly I’m yeah even though it’s really hot you guys still come and show support. So I really want to show my gratitude for you. *謝意を表する

3 Yeah I read notes before this but I still forgot the rest of what I’m supposed to say.  So just thank you everyone. I’m really honored to have played on this final. *ここに来る前にメモを読んできたのだけれど、言おうとしていたこと残りは忘れてしまいました。
