ノンキャリ外交官の安全保障講義：世界の動き(その１)

ロシアのウクライナ侵攻、パレスチナ問題、台湾有事、北朝鮮のミサイルと大変なことになってきています。私たちは何をすべきなのでしょうか、今こそ考えないと本当に世界が、地球が危ないのではないでしょうか？何を国際社会に発信していけばいいのかを一緒に考えていきたいと思います。

The world situation is becoming increasingly serious, with Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the Palestine issue, the Taiwan crisis, and North Korea’s missiles. What should we do? If we don’t think about what we can do now, won’t the world and our planet be in danger? I would like to think together with you about what we should convey.

大切なのは外国語での世界への発信です。それには語学の力が必要です。You can 2020-24 は、日本語だけでなく、英語とスペイン語を交え、どんどん問題提起していきたいと思います。手始めに次の３項目から始めます。

It is important to communicate to the world in foreign languages. This requires language skills. You can 2020-24 will continue to raise awareness of issues not only in Japanese but also in English and Spanish. Start with the following three items.

１国際社会とはどういう世界なのか？ What kind of world is the international society? ¿Qué tipo de mundo es la sociedad internacional?

２国際連合は機能しているのか？ Is the United Nations functioning well? ¿Está funcionando bien la ONU?

３人類の敵は人類ではないのではないか？Our enemy should not be humanity. Do you agree?Nuestro enemigo no debería ser la humanidad. ¿De acuerdo?
