上級英西時事ニュース講義17

５月４日、岸田総理は、サンパウロ大学において、「中南米と共に拓く『人間の尊厳』への道のり」と題し、日本の総理大臣として10年ぶりに、対中南米政策スピーチを行いました。スピーチでは、国際社会の分断と対立が深まる中、世界を協調へ導くために日本と中南米の連携がかつてなく重要となっていることを強調しました。格好の勉強材料です。是非、英語、スペイン語文の両方で岸田総理になったつもりで大きな声を出して読んでみてください。

第一に、法の支配に基づく自由で開かれた国際秩序の確保 First is ensuring the free and open international order based on the rule of law. En primer lugar, garantizar un orden internacional libre y abierto basado en el Imperio de la ley.
第二に、環境、気候変動など人類共通の課題の克服 Second is overcoming common challenges that humanity faces such as the environment and climate change. En segundo lugar, debemos superar los desafíos que enfrenta toda la humanidad, como son del medioambiente y el cambio climático.
第三に、誰をも犠牲にせず、世界の全ての人々が共有できる繁栄の追求 Third is pursuing prosperity that can be shared by all people in the world and does not come at others’ expense. En tercer lugar, está la búsqueda de la prosperidad compartida por todas las personas del mundo, sin sacrificar a nadie.
